1. What this policy covers
This Digital Product License Policy explains what you may and may not do with the digital files you purchase from AltenUp. Each product may also display its own license terms on its product page; where those terms differ from this policy, the product-specific terms take precedence.
2. What you receive
When you complete a purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own personal or business purposes, subject to the restrictions below. You do not receive ownership of the files or any underlying intellectual property rights.
3. Permitted uses
Unless a product says otherwise, you may:
- Use the files for personal or commercial projects.
- Modify, combine, or adapt the files for your own end products.
- Create derivative work for yourself or a single client when the license is used as part of a larger project.
- Store the files on your own devices and make reasonable backup copies.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the original files as a standalone product.
- Include the files in a stock asset library, template marketplace, or similar resale platform.
- Use automated tools to scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract content from AltenUp.
- Remove or alter copyright notices, watermarks, or other ownership markings.
- Use the files in a way that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights.
5. Product-specific licenses
Some products may be sold under a broader or more restrictive license (for example, an extended commercial license or a personal-use-only license). The license shown on the product page at the time of purchase governs that specific transaction.
6. Refunds and license termination
If a refund is issued for a purchase, your license to use the associated files ends immediately and you must delete all copies in your possession. Continued use after a refund is a breach of these terms.
